I am extremely happy with my experience here at North Texas Collision Center. Not to tell on myself, but this is my second time using them for accident repairs. The staff is always awesome. Tom and Sarah were so kind and helpful. They kept me up to date and informed every step of the way ensuring that there were no surprises. Even when dealing with my insurance they maintained their professionalism. All in all a great bunch. Thank you NTCC.

They do great work. Cleaned and washed my vehicle, filled up the tank and most importantly matched my paint perfectly. They finished before the date I was told it would be ready by. I got a great detailed page of all the work done. I even get a gift card for doing a review that I was going to do for free because of how satisfied I was. They took care of calling the rental company before and after. Made it very simple for me.

I met Tom and Sarah excellent customer service and in this day and age it's getting more and more rare. They put me at ease about leaving my vehicle with them. They sent the estimate last week gave me an estimated time of completion for 3/30. Yesterday I got a call saying my vehicle is ready today is 3/26. I dropped it off on thursday 3/19. Pretty quick turnaround huh plus they washed my vehicle and got out EVERY SCUFF mark that was on it EVERY ONE OF THEM. Now that is some excellent customer service. Father God bless this business liberally and bless everyone I did and did not come in contact with and an extra special blessing for the person or persons who worked on my vehicle. Go here you won't be sorry and they will take care of your vehicle. See what I mean
